Yap I survived. The journey was very long and exhausting but it was ok. We drove through Austria, Hungary and then through Romania - about 1.780 kms. :drool: And it was so so HOT!!!

Have travelled the Balkans,myself,Lil....a sort-of tour of landmarks of the old Austria-Hungary Empire.....and,yes,Central Europe is incredibly hot in summer and incredibly cold in winter.

What was that journey you undertook?...about 11 hundred Miles?.....in the heat of summer by CAR!!??

It was worth it. You know I did not want to get on a plane and then be just there. It was quite a travel through time and I wanted to see the landscape change and other cities ....
By the way how was DoD?????????????????? I am so upset I could not come... :suicide:
